If Jades existed in 1700, the work would not have changed much. Raw stone comes in. Somebody cuts it badly. Somebody cuts it again. Most of it ends up on the floor. Then it goes in a crate, on a cart, over roads nobody sees, and arrives finished. Tools changed. That part didn't.

A week of sleepless nights to build a website. Worth every single one. Everything you see is custom. Every hover state, every transition, every 3D element, every micro-interaction, coded from scratch. No templates. Nothing off the shelf. We used Claude to push the code further. The team refused to settle. Three times we had a version that was ready. Three times we scrapped it. Most ship good enough. We can't. Not because we're perfectionists for the sake of it. Because the companies we work with are building something real. They deserve a partner who treats every detail like it matters. Because it does. And this is only the MVP. The full site is coming in the next few weeks. It only gets better from here. We're available. Let's start a project.

We're back. Bigger. Better. Stronger. Took a year of going deep to get here. Worth every day of it.

For the past year, we weren't chasing new projects. We were building. For our partners. For the team. For the craft. We got sharper. More deliberate. More capable of taking companies further than they could go alone. From first product to scale. From scale to category leader. From category leader to something nobody's built before. That's the level we want to work at. New Jades is live. Ambitious teams, this one's for you. We're available. If you're building something that deserves more than a vendor, DM us or start a project at jades.agency

Keyframes. Pixels. Lines of code. Powered by late nights, Claude, and Codex. Every project we do gets the same treatment: keep refining until it's undeniably right, then ship it. That's the standard we hold. We never miss deadlines. Tomorrow.

We've been quiet for a reason. New Jades is almost ready. Brand, site, positioning, all rebuilt from scratch. Next week.

Was just on the train and overheard a small child say to his Mum "Mummy can I come to work with you tomorrow to witness the first day of GDPR compliance in the workplace?" and the Mum said "Of course you can" then the whole train cheered and starting chanting "GDPR, GDPR, GDPR"

Doctor now reporting that Trump is 75 inches in height and, because he is made entirely of meringue, weighs only 36 ounces. "Damnedest thing I ever saw," he said. "The boy's all egg."
