@TheDoctorCarson @matthewkitchen I liked Wildcatters among the final 5. Or, since Bud Adams wouldn't give up Oilers, perhaps "Oilmen" could have been used without trademark infringement.

@GolfweekNichols @uswomensopen Commercials wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t the same sponsor one over and over. This past week’s Mediheal had the same commercial on repeat.

@TheChristinaKim What about from the perspective of having other golfers use your stall after you. Wouldn’t linear be best? The other two would allow the least number of golfers per stall before having to move up the rope line.

@LPGA @BrookeHenderson @LPGA_LA I like a Saturday finish. Fewer competing interests and more time to watch. Should schedule more tournaments on Wed-Sat. May even lead to more airtime.

@LPGA @LPGALOTTE @LPGA_LA Why is the schedule having to backtrack, from SoCal (ANA Inspiration) to Hawaii (LOTTE) then back to LA (HUGEL) and then Singapore? Why not reduce travel by scheduling HUGEL right after ANA, then from LA to Hawaii and then to Singapore? Makes more sense.

@grantboone @GolfweekNichols Agreed. Points >> vote. perhaps points should be awarded through the top 20 positions.

@chambleebrandel @uswomensopen Who wrote this tweet? It's very sloppy. It's Amy Olson, not Any.

@rubyinparadise Two commentators have already referenced The Handmaid’s Tale. You should definitely watch that TV series on Hulu with your niece, if she hasn’t already. It’s very powerful and disturbing and thought provoking.

@LPGA All the LPGA majors, except the Evian, will be played this year. Perhaps it’s time to return the Evian to non-major status. It never really elevated to the same level as the other 4. It’s distinguishable mainly for its large purse.

@CarrilloLuiss @MLS I count 2 golf leagues: LPGA and PGA Tour. The US Open is tennis.

@LPGA @ANAinspiration Good decision. I played on that golf course once in 113* heat in late August, and my playing partner developed heat stroke. With no spectators, who cares how it looks. Keep the caddies and players safe!

@SamMarksGC Right after the previous pick is made, Teams will call the player to tell him they are picking him before the announcement is made on TV. That’s why many players are on the phone already with the team and holding the cap of that team.

@GolfweekNichols @ANAinspiration Only time in the schedule where they can fit 3 tournaments in is between Sept 17-Oct 10. There is 2 weeks off between Cambia Portland and Volunteers of America and another week off between VOA and Shanghai. Move VOA up to 2 wks or back 1 wk, and you create a 3 wk window there.

@AlexiLalas 1) In tie game, the extra period should be sudden death. 2) If still tied, instead of PKs, have each team take corner kicks until one team scores and the other team doesn’t.
