The United States entered the war well over 2 years after the UK. A great many allied countries entered the war long before the US, which was very late to the party. @StCollinson @CNN 2/2

"...Britain’s lonely defiance of the Nazis in the days before the US entered World War II..." Really? Perhaps you should learn some history. @StCollinson @CNN 1/2

Thanks for the email cancelling my loyalty points, @TimHortons. When the pandemic is over we'll remember which companies stayed with us and which didn't. Some companies like @CelebrityCruise innovate to encourage customer loyalty. Others cancel points. 👎

. @VIA_Rail This was my seat on your train 48 last night, Toronto-Union to Ottawa-Fallowfield. The entire car 5 (#8127) was filthy and smelled foul. This was disgusting. Why would you put a car like that in service without cleaning it?!

@PurolatorHelp Thank you for that update. May I suggest that your tracking website be modified so that it does not give the impression that you already have the package in Canada.

Congratulations, @PurolatorHelp, for the most unproductive customer service experience ever. Could this person have pretended to want to help me? Could your tracking system perhaps have some info for me 4 days after you got the package? Not pleased.

"Estimated Delivery Date: Order Shipped" is not helpful, @dell. And Purolator hasn't updated tracking info in 4 days. Not impressed. #dell

@AirCanada So when you make an offer, and I accept it at that price, you still get to up the price after I provide payment and click submit? You're not making me feel better about this.

@AirCanada So the consumer suffers for your server errors? Honestly, your statement doesn't wash. You don't need to put a fare back in inventory - you could simply issue a credit. I'm a longtime AC booster, but this is disappointing.

@AirCanada we booked flights on the weekend, and I've discovered that when my wife submitted to order there was a server error and then price went up $60 for the two tickets when she resubmitted. Can this be adjusted?
