I know about empty scans, we are still having troubles with server. I'm trying to fix it as soon as possible, sorry for the incovenience
It seems like that IV scanning causes the accounts of the servers to be flagged, so I can't release it until I don't find a workaround
@backpackadam the app tells you daily when captcha are needed, you can solve as many you want in the settings but that is optional
@backpackadam red scans are not related on captcha solving. Red scans means server error or clock not updated correctly
You'll need to solve a few captcha daily to use the scan. I tried to prompt the captcha as clean as possible to help to solve them fast
With the new version I had to add in-app captcha solving. Sorry guys but this is the only way to keep ScanGO alive after recent PoGo update
Got some issues, I won't go to sleep before to bring ScanGO back online
@fredrik_1992 I got some issues, I can't give an ETA but I won't go to sleep before to fix it
Incoming update, services will be down for 1-2 hours.
@Sergio_Diaz07 Niantic changed how the time works, so now it is possible only to show the time remaining if <90 seconds when scanned
We are having troubles with server load, so you can see some red tile until we don't increase capacity.
@cdubsstep really strange, I have several reports that now it is working for everyone was having issue. Can you join discord and contact me?
Servers are down at the moment, that's why the red tiles. We are getting back as soon as possible
For anyone was gettiing red scans even with the clock upodated, the 1.33 version should fix the issue: github.com/pompobit/ScanG…
@cdubsstep the problem came with the update, you can uninstall it and reinstall it, or update to new version 1.33 (released in few minutes)
@cdubsstep can you try to reboot your phone? Let me know if it helped, I'm trying to fix this issue
