It's been super hot here lately. Cold yerba mate is great for hot days! I just put one cup of yerba mate in a pitcher, fill it up with water, stir, and let it steep in the fridge for 12+ hours. This is my favorite brand: amzn.to/426Yp1b

A friend gave me this Dynamic Discs bag a little over a month ago. I love it! My first was a shoulder bag from MVP. It was functional, but not as sturdy. The 'Trooper' doesn't fall over when I set it down, which is a huge plus! Holds more discs, too! amzn.to/3GaaWsK
