@GetSpectrum We need to get our internet fixed. Lately our internet has been so horrible, I am pretty sure I could get better internet from a potato!

I was offered a $200 voucher to be used at another Airb&b on a future date which does not help my situation in any way. I am very upset and reaching out to you because of how I'm being compensated for Airb& b's complete failure and cannot reach any type of supervisor.

@Airbnb Due to a software glitch and they were sorry, you can imagine how upsetting this info was because I have already sent the info to my children and we were looking forward to a brand new Airb&b with a rooftop patio.

@Airbnb I had to book another house somewhere else this morning and feeling very uncertain about my accommodations which cost about $500 more being a last minute reservation , not to mention the disappointment and stress this has caused me and still causing me.

@Airbnb I am reaching out to you this morning 10/05/2022, because I booked an Airb&b in Nashille about 2 months ago for my children and I to travel and meet for our yearly vacation. However I was sent a message last evening 10/04 stating that my Airb&b has been cancelled.
