@Sean_YYZ "botched communications internally" - maybe this has to do with the (?) 82 vice presidents Metrolinx has on its/our payroll.
@Sean_YYZ Well, that seems to be part for the course with Tories. Very surprised they've backed down. Maybe no "friends" were going to benefit as with Ontario Place or a highway. Sunk costs.
