😞Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you probably know that there are significant #strikes across the rail network. Keep up to date with your train company via their twitter and website. Seatfrog upgrades will be very limited during this time. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-618610…

Hi Mark, that sounds like either someone else bought the upgrades with the Buy Upgrade Now feature, or the auction was closed due to availability. If you email [email protected] with your bid details and registered email address, we can check what happened. ^SL

Hi Victoria, upgrades aren't able to be changed I'm afraid. But, it looks like he's been in touch with our support team and we've been able to get this resolved. ^SL
