Had Goreangab Mall been a government project, it would have cost at least N$3 billion and taken a minimum of 5 years to complete. But now that it belongs to the owners of the economy with no PhDs & other supertificial accolades, they made an announcement early last year (2025) that they were going to build the mall and which will open end of May 2026 and that's exactly what happened and it happened at a minimum cost of N$280 million.
