Today marks 56 years since Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Georgia’s greatest son, was taken from us in a violent act of hate and fear. Dr. King’s dream—that we can create a beloved community that embraces all of us—still lives on, and it’s up to us to make it real.
@SenatorWarnock Dr M L King spoke on equity. I would venture a guess that he would be disappointed that today the black community is not even satisfied with equality. They ARE equal. Today they want special entitlement status, reparations, tuition forgiveness, lower job expectations and more.
@SenatorWarnock Let us embrace the unborn from every race.
@SenatorWarnock Dr. King would not like the identity politics of today.
@SenatorWarnock If he is Georgia's greatest son Georgia hasn't accomplished very much.
@SenatorWarnock End the genocide. MLK would have been marching for Palestinian's rights and you know it!!
