The Seneca County Board of Health will be having a special meeting Thurs, Oct. 29 at 11 a.m. to discuss soil sampling & testing at WIN Waste Innovations of Seneca County and a possible contract agreement to perform soil sampling & testing. The meeting will be at the RTA Building.
