@TelkomZA you have the most useless IVR ever. Your self help functions don't give the information you need and there's no option to speak to someone what bull dust operation are you people running? I've loaded 10G data but I keep getting the no data error. 😡

Is it me or @FNBSA's mobile app is dysfunctional? For the past week I'm struggling, when I'm about to login the app closes. What's happening? 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️

@eThekwiniM we've had no water since 13:00 this afternoon (19/02/21), in Kwa-Mashu-D, we're thirsty, we're hungry and we need to wash our hands. There hasn't been any notification why we have a water cut. Can someone urgently help.

@TelkomZA I must say you people, by far, have the worst service ever. 5 days later no one has responded to my DMs on my on going enquiry since the 29th of September. #Livid
