Lt. Haley Derr was promoted to the rank of Captain by Col. Wyatt Hansen during a promotion ceremony at the Erbil Airbase Chapel on Feb 22. Derr is operating as the Erbil Airbase Mayor as a part of Task Force Jackelope and the 109th RSG. Congrats Capt. Derr!
