@WestJet WestJet needs better customer service. The flight turns out wasnt cancelled but we were preemptively removed.

@WestJet I am possibly losing my connecting flight in Halifax, I don’t think a questionnaire will fix this. Of course I will fill it out, but also expect a more thorough complaint because I have never seen such a lack of communication (inside the plane, email, app)

When the Uber driver forgets your luggage and leaves it on the street to be damaged. Uber just says they don't cover that type of damage. You can just see my black case in the background. The other passengers were saying "Don't leave it!" and taking pictures. @Uber_Support

If you are a small business and @Unishippers offers you concierge service don’t fall for it. And if shipping via @UPS don’t bother insuring your packages their claims department is a nightmare. Really disappointed in the service from both and looking for new shipping partners.

@WestJet Wow had the worst experience with an airline ever!! Stranded in calgary for 24hrs. The connecting flight to iceland got cancelled 😭😭😭 The staff refuse to give a hotel voucher since it's not due to a delay and is due to a cancellation.

@WestJet Can you explain to me why I was only refunded the price of the airfare but not the taxes that I paid on the flight you guys canceled? I think it's ridiculous. Refund me the whole thing that I paid for

@WestJet Yes @WestJet, my booking was made with a 3rd party. That booking was charged & processed in CAD. Again, I’m confused as to why WestJet is attempting to charge USD on a booking made in CAD.

So T3 at YYZ T.O. Pearson is disgusting. Garbage covers the floor, carpets never seen a vacuum. Pizza boxes, napkins, water bottles thrown everywhere. 3 hr layover, not one cleaner seen. @porterairlines, @WestJet, @AirCanada you pay to operate out of this dump. Sound an alarm.

Extremely poor customer service, long waiting times. Person on call was very rude and sarcastic. Never using them again. @WestJet

@BuffySu58183737 @WestJet Yesterday, WJ changed my flights too, now departing at 5:40pm, not 7:45am, and what's worse, instead on flying back into YYZ and landing at 3pm, it lands at 12:40am the next morning. Who wants to arrive at that time. All future flights will be booked with AC, WJ you lost me.
