🪑 Saddle Points كلنا تعلمنا أن العدو هو الـ Local Minima، لكن الأخطر هو السرج: أرض شبه مسطحة، الميل فيها قريب من الصفر، فيتوقف التقدم ويظن النموذج أنه وصل، وهو في الحقيقة منحدر في اتجاه ومرتفع في آخر. ما أسوأ ليلة قضيتها مع الـ Hyperparameters؟ احكِ لي في الردود 👇
Gradient Descent الخوارزمية لا ترى الخريطة. في كل خطوة تحسب الميل تحت قدميها (مشتقات جزئية على الأوزان) وتنزل خطوة. تتحسّس الأرض وتتحرك، وهذا كل شيء.
آلة لا تفكر. هي كرة تتدحرج في الظلام 🕳️ تدريب أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي = خوارزمية عمياء تنزل جبلاً بمليارات الأبعاد، تتحسّس الميل تحت قدميها فقط (Gradient Descent). والأخطر من القيعان؟ الـ Saddle Points: أرض مسطحة تخدع النموذج فيظن أنه وصل. ما أسوأ ليلة قضيتها مع الـ Hyperparameters
