@webafrica service and support is shocking! More than two weeks now and we still don’t have our LTE service working. Spending tons of money on data to work from home! Nobody follows up on any of the 10+ support tickets we submitted. How do I return the router & SIM for a refund?

Been waiting a week for my LTE WiFi to work, customer service terrible and I get a different story each day I call! Please can someone from @webafrica get in contact with me to solve this problem b4 I acquire a new service provider?
@webafrica if somebody could at least tell us what is going on? But instead we being ignored and every word we been told thus far has all been lies. Worst customer service I have ever come across!

We encountered the 2 shark-eating Orcas, Port & Starboard again on Friday during @TMFund dive surveys along the Cape Point coast.
