Service received by @KLM_UK baggage department has been terrible. I have spoken with 2 members of staff, one who continues to put the phone down on me and another called Markus, who is advising the only supervisor available is in a meeting. How do you speak with customer service?

@Plusnet New customer receiving extremely bad customer service. Agent saying they would call back and still waiting after 2 days, incorrect information requested from previous supplier, an hour waiting on answer to phone call. Left without Internet or phone access.
