Our new Aqua Aerobics for adults over 50, living in Hackney. Meet at 1pm, start at 1.30pm. At Kings Hall. Need swim wear, towel. New participants can try 2 sessions for free. After that it is £2 per class. @CityHackneyFSS @HackneyCarers @NHS_CityHackney @acrt_homerton
