@flipkartsupport @BlueStarLtd Two months after raising a complaint, my AC’s cooling issue is still unresolved. I bought a Blue Star AC from Flipkart and paid for installation by its Jeeves team. After some time, the cooling reduced. I raised a complaint with Flipkart in July and am still waiting for a fix. Blue Star’s job sheet records “improper installation” and a gas leak from the flare nut. Their email directs me back to Flipkart, saying the issue is installation-related. I bought the AC and installation through Flipkart. Why am I left chasing both companies to get this resolved? I’m attaching the order screenshot, Blue Star job sheet, email response and call recordings with both support teams. Please coordinate directly, take ownership and provide a confirmed repair date.
