“absence of evidence is not evidence of absence” @CochraneUK …#PUNC22i I found it enjoyable to read Cochranes study as it was jovial as well as informative. I was drawn to it because of the unicorn analogy and was able to fully understand what he was arguing.

It was interesting to read about the potential barriers to a nurse using social media. punishment or reprimand being a real fear! Although, if it creates more accessible care ,then further study will be beneficial, in order to come up with strategies to overcome these. #PUNC22

Chinn and Clark (2016) wrote and article talking about midwives and social media, it was evident that midwives did not have a considerate approach to social media, finding it hard to step away from traditional approaches to practice, something I believe applies to a vast majority

#PUNC22 The tweet chat was both interesting and informative. I was able to see alternative perspectives on what professionalism means, therefore teaching me to always look at alternative view points and not just my own. This will be resourceful with my studies and in practice.
