@SwedishRumble You make a fair point here, and if City had come clean and not obstructed and fought the investigations at every point I might agree. But they didn't come clean and did fight it, so there have to be different levels of punishment applied. The punishment has to fit the crime.

The Glazers have killed Manchester United Football Club. INEOS, regardless of whether they can or cannot help, haven't helped. I simply can't see us being successful as long as the Glazers continue as owners of the club. They have no interest in the club except giving the club their debts and taking the club's money for themselves. They wanted to use the club to earn more money from the beginning — it's simply who they are as people. They've done it for 20 years. INEOS won't change that. This is the reality of the situation. Protests haven't helped. Slogans haven't helped. Chanting hasn't helped. They don't care. When people in authority allow uprising, it's often because they know it won't change anything. People will go back to their lives after a week and things return to normal. It's a very old story repeated throughout history. This is the reality of Manchester United today. Each Dream in the Theatre is but a fleeting wish. It is what it is. Regrettably.

City must be expelled from the Premier League & English football & state owners are forced to sell.. They ruined title races, affected relegations, cost European spots, got managers sacked. Every club harmed by their cheating should sue them into oblivion. It is not over though until punishments are handed down. Sadly it will never be fixed. Football will never heal from what City has done to it. Client journalists, content creators & fans who defended them should be hanging their head in shame today. Football got a badly needed win today.

On February 6 2023 when City were charged, their official statement claimed they had a ‘comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence’. 3 years, 7 months & 20 days later - 1327 of them - that evidence never existed & was utter bullshit, just like we always thought. Guilty in 114 of the 115 breaches, 99.1% of them. Congrats to City on being found not guilty of.. 0.9%. Now let's wipe every memory of them, strips titles & trophies. History will remember them as cheats - if it remembers them at all. Fans can keep their memories. Every ‘success’, every signing, it all has a footnote the size of Abu Dhabi. That’s not banter, that’s the reality now. Client media treated them like a normal club with 115 charges hanging over them. Corruption wins until it doesn’t. As of yesterday it is official. Lance Armstrong won seven Tours. Nobody thinks of him in that light or otherwise, nobody talks about them as if they were achievements. That is City’s reality now, a disgrace, a stain on the sport & that’s all. A City shirt is now the equivalent of a livestrong wristband. Now we wait for the inevitable sanctions. A fine is immaterial to a state ownership to whom money is no object. Point deductions are a starting point only, but ultimately the punishment should take as long to recover from as they have benefited from the cheating.

Relegate them to the National League and strip them of all titles won during that period of corruption. What a corrupt institution.

Since INEOS came in back in February 2024 we have 36 wins from 94 League games (38% win rate). We had better record in the previous 94 League games at 49 wins (52% win rate) and we have same trophy wins at 1. So tell me what has INEOS improved on the pitch? Nothing. #MUFC
