*"I've got to put it in the water!" was about the last thing Steve Rogers told @SHIELDAgentPeg before the radio transmission went static. He had a weapon on the plane that could devastate New York. The man couldn't live with not being able to do anything about saving those +

@SHIELDAgentPeg Howard: "Alright just hold on, I'm gonna pull you back out, hold onto Steve!" *Just after he said that, the crashed plane started to creak and crack, and began shifting deeper into the ocean. Stark quickly got back in the driver's seat as it were and pulled Peggy and Steve, +

@SHIELDAgentPeg Howard: "It's not drowning if you know how to swim! I'll set her down, but we better act quick, that water looks pretty cold! Steve will freeze if we don't hurry!" *Stark carefully cut the engine and adjusted their course so the skimmer could land safely on the water. Once +

@SHIELDAgentPeg Howard: "Of course, Peggy! I can even scoop you up some water for posterity!" *Stark gave her a cautious smile, trying to make light of everything that's happened. He slowly lowers the plane closer to the water so that they can get a better look.* "Let me know what you see!"

@SHIELDAgentPeg + could search too. As luck would have it, Rogers, despite being cold, floated in the Atlantic on his back. He hoped that his shield would reflect any sunlight and be used as a emergency beacon of sorts.* Howard: "Peggy, there's some kind of light or something in the water! +
