START 45 - I have this shortcut added to my home screen on my iPhone. I use this shortcut at bedtime as a sleep timer to turn my music off at 45 minutes. The shortcut works perfectly as long as the timer on your iPhone (Clock app) is set to “Stop Playing” when the timer ends.

Sleep Interruped is a 2 Action Shortcut that I run from my Apple Watch, usually in the middle of the night. I use it to track my sleep disturbances. The output is sent to Apple Health under Symptoms - Sleep Changes.
