Hey @JioMart @JioMart_Support, is this the way your representatives behave? The mentioned order was placed at 10am and still not delivered. Before placing the order it was showing 10-30 mins as it was quick basket delivery. And your agent leaves the chat with no resolution.

I had a pathetic experience today ordering with @zomato and this is totally unethical. Your app shows 50 mins and restaurant says 15 mins and I haven’t received the order yet. It’s just 3 kms from my place in Hyd. And, worst part is I should pay to cancel the order. Pathetic

E-commerce giant like @amazonIN has a technical glitch at their end, which is not allowing me to initiate video KYC to be able to send money through their platform.They talk about their robust system & infra,but reality is I’m on calls with them for the last 1hr and no resolution

The first Livestock law in 1898 and its amendment 100 years later in 2001 did not mention cats and dogs. SO WHY NOW? @Min_FAHD @Dept_of_AHD WE WILL NOT LET OUR DOGS AND CATS BE EATEN. I know other animals also deserve to be saved. #SayNoToLivestockBill2023

Hey @BeyoungFolks, I wish, the team puts same efforts in serving their customers the way they post cricket memes regularly on Twitter. You cannot respond on email and ask customer to visit chatbot which has a bug and doesn't work for guest and ask user to sign up first. Pathetic
