Official Announcement: SCALE NETWORK is Rebranding to SIBLE NETWORK Over the past several days, the legal teams representing SCALE NETWORK and @Scale_AI, now part of @Meta, have been engaged in direct and constructive discussions regarding our respective brands, intellectual property rights, and the appropriate path forward. We approached these discussions as two independent technology organizations addressing an important trademark matter professionally and in good faith, with mutual respect for each organization’s identity and legal rights. Scale AI holds U.S. Trademark Registration No. 6,082,949 for the SCALE mark, covering services across data annotation, technical data analysis, AI-related training, and software. Their legal team raised concerns that the SCALE NETWORK name could create confusion with the SCALE mark, particularly because certain services offered by both organizations operate in closely related areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning. As we continue building SCALE NETWORK as a global technology company with a growing presence in the United States, operating responsibly within the U.S. legal and intellectual property framework is important to us. We believe that respecting established trademark rights is not simply a legal obligation, but part of the responsibility that comes with building a serious technology company for the long term. Following discussions between the respective legal teams and our own internal review, we have made the decision to transition our global brand from SCALE NETWORK to SIBLE NETWORK. This decision allows both organizations to maintain clear and independent identities while enabling us to continue building our technology, community, and ecosystem under a brand that is distinctly our own. SCALE NETWORK is now becoming SIBLE NETWORK. As part of this transition, our official domain will move from scalenetwork.org to sible.network, alongside a gradual transition of our applications, social channels, documentation, and other public-facing materials. Our underlying technology, network infrastructure, AI systems, user accounts, participation history, reward mechanisms, accumulated progress, ecosystem products, and development roadmap remain unchanged.
