@StarbucksUK is there any reason you guys won't do the eggnog latte as a frappe? We got told we couldn't have it as a frappe 🤷‍♀️

@hannahbirdief @StarbucksUK It's bad isn't it! They hand you the drink saying Ruby frappe, there was no Ruby chocolate in it! Don't know why they don't just say it's not available. You pay a lot for a drink, you would like just what your paying for 🤷‍♀️

@StarbucksUK disappointed to say the least! We were given these with no pink cream and no Ruby chocolate. Please tell your stores to check they have the ingredients before they charge people £9 for 2 cups of milk and ice with raspberry syrup.

@tacobelluk please acknowledge the girl with the brown hair and glasses in your Liverpool store. I needed help and even the manager didn't look at me but she fixed my problem. Customer service star!

@ParisVegas I stayed in October for my wedding, I've been charged twice for hotel fees on one room, who can you put me in touch with to get this refunded?
