Elon Musk realised that Ukraine had rigged the peaceful Starlink system to attack inside Russia. He has switched off that capability with a new end user agreement. Ukraine is severely restricted now. This blocks most of the deep attacks and puts Ukraine squarely into the loser bracket.
A downed Ukrainian attack UAV carrying two FPV drones fitted with civilian Starlink terminals. While SpaceX signed a defensive-only contract with Kiev, Ukrainian technicians tweaked the terminals to be used in attacks, putting SpaceX and Elon in danger of retaliation.
If I were Elon Musk, Ukraine would lose Starlink access immediately and indefinitely. They’ve taken billions from American taxpayers, American companies, and the American government and still act like they’re owed more. Elon, cut the cord….
