@UberUKI_Support Strangely within a few minutes of me posting this your useless advisor issued a refund. It’s a shame they can’t just look into things and do the right thing without me having to post my home CCTV on social media.
Your advisor has sent me the same canned response 3 times. I have cctv of the driver bringing me the wrong order. I told him it was wrong and he took it away with him! Saying he would contact you to confirm the order was wrong. @UberEats @Uber_Support
@Uber_Support why can’t I speak to a person. my order is totally wrong, I get automated responses basically telling me to do one? I have received a vegetarians order which means you’ve delivered meat to someone who can’t eat it. I’ve sent photos and still just a bot response!
I’d show the rest but I can’t because your staff just ignore customers, send canned responses and hang up!
@ubereats_uk strikes again, didn’t cancel the order because you took my money despite the restaurant having closed! 2 Hours of being lied to and hung up on by your ‘customer service specialists’. What a joke!!
What a joke @UberEats is, paid £27 for a takeaway, no drivers available so now it’s cancelled and I’ve still been charged to ‘compensate the restaurant’ oh and try contacting them they don’t exist they have no customer service available!! Absolutely unreal.
@cantseyy @KirstieMAllsopp Just another form of online bullying and some of the comments are disgusting. I’m sure @theJeremyVine and @KirstieMAllsopp would agree. We don’t need a resignation from anyone in the police. We need reform to remind they are there to protect us. Not punish us unless required!.
After weeks of saying I was going to build my own compost bin I finally did it yesterday! All of the wood used is old broken fence panels, or scrap that had been fly tipped behind our house including the roof. All the screws and nails were taken from the scrap or old furniture 😊

@tutor2u_graham That sounds like a lot! As long as your happy and healthy though I suppose. I think that’s a step too far for me lol although I do enjoy the odd vegetarian meal I don’t think I could commit to it as a permanent thing. Utmost respect to you for all of it though!
