@Bupa it has been impossible to get through to anyone at your customer service team. Have tried multiple times at different times and always told really high demand then on hold endlessly...

@Sonos No one at Sonos is dealing with this. I am told one thing but nothing happens. Anyone else encountered difficulties with Sonos over faulty products

@Sonos 2 weeks now since I returned a faulty amp using your delivery method. Nothing at all from you about a replacement. Endless holds on your customer service line then someone promising results and email updates but...NOTHING! Get someone to contact me

This illegal gathering was an insult to those hospitalised with COVID, our NHS staff and everyone staying at home to protect them. Thank you to @metpoliceuk officers for risking your own health to break it up. Police are enforcing the rules to save lives.

Does anyone else find it curious that within seconds of buying something it shows up on a credit card app as pending but refunds take weeks??????

British Airways, you are now beyond a joke. A multi billion pound company failing to honour even basic promises. Waiting since NOVEMBER for a refund, finally promised one within 24 hours THREE DAYS AGO but NOTHING. A disgrace.

@British_Airways what is going on with your customer service???? It is impossible to get through. It just plays out the hold music and then cuts you off after an hour. I need to speak to someone about a booking. How am I supposed to do this?

@British_Airways So, another interminable time on hold, unable to speak to anyone as to why I have still not been refunded. I just cannot fathom what has happened to British Airways and why they treat their customers so badly

@LloydsBank just experienced appalling customer service. Apparently even asking to log a complaint wil take 30 mins of your time...on top of the hour you spent having someone NOT deal with your issue. Dreadful. Someone from Lloyds, get in touch to resolve

@SadiqKhan please do what you can to make the junction on the north side of Battersea Bridge safe. A death last week, totally tragic and avoidable. See chng.it/2nxkqmJPXF

@DWFitnessFirst your website is broken. It keeps saying the date of birth is in the incorrect format even though it is a drop down. Since this is the only way to manage membership you need to sort this.
