@Longswordwife In case you or anyone else wanted to know the actual etymology behind it, "Dick" was just a generic name given to various things at the time, like "John" or "Bob". So you'd just have names of whales like Timor Tom, New Zealand Jack, Don Miguel, etc.

@JinzRobert @SeaPupEllie It's literally the entire reason the group loses Appa in Season 2: Toph can't see anything in the desert because of the sand, so she can't fight the sandbenders who are trying to take him. That feeling of helplessness is what motivates her to learn sandbending in the first place.

@mediaforanya It's genuinely insane seeing this on my timeliness after watching the most recent episode that explains why she had that shaved on her head in the first place.

@OzgurCreativity @mike0n1 @ASmallerGod89 @Rothmus She performed her experiment by living as a man for 18 months in the early 2000s. She wrote a book about the experience that was published in 2006. Her death by assisted suicide was in 2022. So yes, it was many years later. Not months.

@autisticweeb01 @ThisIsntRoss @BenSargeant2 Weirdly enough, while both are monsters, Nazi's actually looked down on the KKK and called them barbaric. And there is one (sadly short) level in Wolfenstein II where there are some KKK guards mixed in with the Nazis

Baby Bill saved my 4 year long relationship. We're getting married tomorrow. No further context will be given. Thank you, @_AlexHirsch

@JadeOcean89 All I can see is darkness. There's a chill foul wind blowing, pushing me towards a brink I can't see on the edge of the nothingness, inches from oblivion. There's a sickness in my mind that I know can't be cured. Beyond me is only blackness, and a single pair of dark eyes...

@SAD_istfied So, weird question, would it be alright if I made a D&D campaign inspired by this? It's just something me and my friends would play together as either a quick one shot or a full campaign, but I thought it'd probably be better to ask for permission first.
