@thdxr wild pace. curious what stuck for the daily users: model quality, the harness, or just "it stays out of the way"? the last one is underrated
@alxshp isolated DBs per agent is such a clean idea for test fleets. do you wipe/clone between runs by default, or do agents keep state across sessions when you want them to learn?
@petergyang @jake11moran @HyperFrames_ the reference clip idea is smart. does it also pick the B-roll (what to show while you talk) or is it mostly style, fonts, colors, pacing?
@mattpocockuk maybe "closed-loop tasks"? the agent can check its own work so you don't have to be the loop. it's also why I run test agents on my projects before shipping
@mattpocockuk been editing my YouTube videos with Claude Code + ffmpeg so this one hits. did the fricative stuff end up changing the detection threshold itself, or how much padding it leaves around each cut?
@tirupathipodugu @mreflow yeah I think the timestamped transcript is the easy part, it tells it what you say and when. the hard part is picking what's actually worth showing at each moment, that's mostly what we're working on with brollss.com
@DamiDefi same thing I ended up with for my video workflow, one main agent + skills (editing, thumbnails, publishing). I only fan out subagents for parallel stuff like a test fleet. I think every handoff just loses context
@weswinder The prompting has mostly been "solved", I think the harness: CLAUDE.md + tests + “don’t touch X without asking” (all your rules basically) turns the same model from vibe coding into something you can ship
Junior + Claude Code = « vibe coding » Staff + Claude Code = « agentic orchestration » Même prompt.

Jensen closed his GTC Berlin 2026 keynote with this Hermes Agent demo as the finale. He introduced it by saying the way to build an agent is to ask an agent to build it for you, so he installed and set up a customized Hermes in one prompt. Then he used Hermes, running on @nvidia RTX Spark, to create a simulated training environment for the @huggingface Microduck. Hermes planned an obstacle course with Nemotron and had GPT-6 Astra build it using FreeCAD, Omniverse libraries, Blender, Newton, and Isaac Lab. Hermes trained thousands of simulated ducks on that course until the validated policy was ready to run on the real robot in the physical world. At Nous, we believe open source is a practical tool as much as a philosophical ideal. It gives users the ability to build powerful, complex workflows chaining numerous local+cloud models, devices, and tools themselves instead of waiting for a company to enable them.
This video was edited entirely by Claude. I gave it 26 minutes of raw footage, in French, and one YouTube video as a style reference. If 50 people comment, I'll share the exact setup.
