Absolute joke!! @JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK @McDonalds Ordered 5pm couldn’t cancel the order cause of the driver. Went to the restaurant- manager and customer service was appalling and now I can’t have a refund the driver fraudulently put my code in after trying to deliver it at 9pm

@JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK between you two tonight the customer service has been shoddy!! 3 hours and 30 minutes I am still waiting for an order. The manger at the @McDonaldsUK in rock retail park needs some customer service training. In fact the whole staff team there does

@pandocruises walking into one of your restraints on Arvia be told to be told I needed to put pants on was mindblowingly ridiculous! No dress code for women or children only men! There were guys wearing shocking attire but as I had shorts on I had to go change!
