I have no doubt that this rumor was started by Saudis/LIV… to benefit Saudis/LIV after such a poor showing, as a group, at The Masters. I’d be very surprised if this turns out to be true.

@chambleebrandel Poor showing? 4 in the top 12? 2 in the top 6? You have truly lost it.
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel LIV didn't make those players, they were already PGAT/major winners before they changed jersey's
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel These were the 13 best players LIV has to offer and, if anything, it proves how the deep fields on the PGA tour are superior to the pitch and putt fields of LIV.
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel Huh? No top 5s and no one in contention. They were a no show. Wake up
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel +82 for the tournament and not a player within 8 strokes of the winner? Pat yourself on the back, I guess.
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel They took the money and ran ...no incentive to play well
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel It was nice to see some of them have the opportunity to make the cut in a tournament more than a handful of people watched on TV.
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel Seriously just stop it is embarassing at this point
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel If you're going to cherry pick how about zero of the top five. Impressive.
@SnipersBear @chambleebrandel DeChumpo fires out of the gate with a 65. Follows it up with 73, 75,73. T-6, only 2 LIV players to finish under par. The biggest LIV draws, DJ and Rahm finished T-45 @ +9....with Jose Maria Olazabal....who, by the way, practically crawled the last 6 holes with a smoked back.
