GNNは深くなるとノードfeatuereが似てきたり（←だからGNNって浅めなのか）、receptive fieldが狭かったりと問題がある。message diffusionは、one hotごとにステップするGNNを連続的にしたもので、heat kernelを使って表す。それでmessage passingするGNN

箇条書きというかメモ程度の論文をですね、マークダウンで保存するじゃないですか。それをcursorで開いてclaud3.7 sonnetをエージェントして直すとサクッと論文完成しますよ。変更箇所もわかるし、gitで保存もできるし、たぶん現在の論文作成の最適解がこれだと思う。

統計検定は理論寄りで、ここの知識が欠落するとデータサイエンスを「サイエンス」たらしめる土台がなくなります。Kaggleは逆に応用寄りで、ここの技術が足りないと理論だけで手を動かせない人になりかねないです。E資格はその中間というイメージ。MLOpsはソフトウェア開発の延長にあると思ってます。

研究と勉強、少なくともサッカーと陸上競技ぐらいには全然違うんだけど、日本の学校制度例えるなら18歳までずっと走り込みだけして足が速い子選抜して、20歳までサッカーの見学だけしつつ引き続き走り込みして、21歳になったらいきなり見様見真似でサッカーやって多くの人が23で引退する感じである。
