@tucker_will935 @fuzzyfromyt He did get robbed, not by a player, but by weather, he hit a homer on June 1, 1958, a game which was rained out in the 4th inning, and thus was thrown out and all stats from the game were negated.

@MLBStats @45PedroMartinez @Cardinals @Mets @RedSox ERA isn’t the best stat for pitchers but American League ERA leaders (2000) Martinez 1.74 Clemens 3.70 In a division of hitters ballparks, absolute dominance at the height of the steroid era. He threw debatably the greatest pitching season ever in ‘99, then did it better in ‘00

@PictishOtter @feste @Cut4 Secondly, if they have a qualified resume why shouldn’t they get the job? If she is an expert on the aspects of baseball she is coaching, the mental side, the physical side, ect. regardless of if they can or can’t do it themselves because of physical limitations means nothing.

@PictishOtter @feste @Cut4 First off, it’s not a MEN’s league, it’s a league made up of exclusively men but there is no rule in the book that says women cannot play, same with every sport I imagine. This is a great article which shows arguments for and against women’s inclusion. tht.fangraphs.com/the-physical-o…
