@Prezain_LJ So which one one we do now now, stop or don't make the move...?

Two fucking years on semen retention, only to find out the whole testosterone hype is bullshit. If you're doing it thinking your T levels are gonna go through the roof, I've got some disappointing news for you. But after a few months, I noticed something else happening. You stop being so desperate for women, attention and validation. You start realising how much of your life you've wasted chasing shit that gives you fuck all back. And the magnetism? That's where it gets interesting. You're no longer that needy bastard chasing his next dopamine hit. You see an attractive woman and suddenly your brain doesn't turn into a fucking Labrador waiting for a treat. Funny enough, that's when you start noticing people responding differently to you. Don't get too cocky though. The matrix will test the absolute fuck out of you. Just when you think you've got your lust under control, here comes temptation looking like it was personally designed to ruin your streak. That's when you find out whether you've actually mastered yourself or you've just been hiding from your own urges. And retention alone ain't gonna do shit if you're still sitting there fantasising all day. You've got to learn how to transmute that sexual energy into something useful. Your body, your mind, your work, your family. Otherwise, what the fuck are you retaining it for? Unless you're like me, of course. I refuse to watch corn because I believe that shit damages your soul. I've done my homework, and I ain't interested in mixing certain bloods after 2021 either. If that's your reasoning, I completely understand. But you've still got to do something with all that energy. As for testosterone, I've experimented with things like bulbine natalensis, and in my experience, that shit does fucking wonders. Do your own homework though. I ain't a health adviser, I'm just telling you what I've personally experimented with. Retention itself hasn't been shown to give you a permanent testosterone boost. Two years in, I've realised something. The biggest change wasn't in my balls. It was realising just how much control I'd been handing over to my own lust without even noticing. Turns out my dick wasn't the one who needed disciplining. My fucking brain was. Have a nice day, little bro. Hope that helped!

As a young girl or single lady, if you love yourself, avoid contents by single mothers, divorced women, or anyone who repeatedly says marriage is a sham, there is nothing good about men, or having children is not worth it. Knowingly for them and unknowingly for you, they are sowing a seed in you. These people have nothing working for them, and the only way they find peace is by recreating their kind.

@yoy_25 @iamchrizten Pardon me but people can be religious and still be mean thou

Men low-key yearn more intensely than women do. Read men’s poetry or listen to their love songs. In traditional art history, women are the muses. Many modern women are unfamiliar with male yearning because they provide men with nothing to yearn for.

Does male yearning even exist? Like do you guys actually wait for a girl's reply? Do they think about her throughout the day? Do they re-read old chats when they miss her? Do they smile randomly because she crossed their mind? Do they also wonder if she's thinking about them too?

A woman has just given birth. Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding. This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is. That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts. So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started. It should be there. As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery. Ask questions. Know what is available. Prepare before the emergency comes. RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message. Source: Data, provided by @womenadvocate and @LSHTM.

Sometimes you gotta be uncomfortable to grow. That pressure you feel? That’s just God getting you ready for the next...

A man with genuine intentions will invest in your growth, encouraging you to evolve into the best version of yourself mentally, emotionally, and practically. He’ll challenge you to become more disciplined, accountable, and ambitious. However, some women misinterpret this kind of support, taking advantage of his kindness and resources rather than embracing the opportunity for self improvement. True partnership requires mutual respect, effort, and a shared commitment to growth not entitlement or exploitation.
