@elizabethscraig @KelseyAllagood @WriterUnboxed I LOVE THIS. Thank you for writing this excellent piece 🙏Everyone can't identify with strong ACTION all of the time. A lot of times we identify with life crashing down on us while we...well, remain rather passive. Accepting even. Or enduring. It can still be very interesting.

@ItsLaDarrion I've suffered enough with Covid personally (Twice infected #LongCovid sufferer myself, many friends and family diseased) I just want to ESCAPE from it in my writing. And in what I watch on the screen. Plain and simple as that. #covidescapism

@NBangen Try 1) Melatonin 4-6mg 2) PharmaGABA 3)Magnesium 4) really strong chamomile tea 5) Promethazine 6) Ambien. It takes all of the above to knock me out for a few hours. But I'm a tough case. Best of luck ❤️

@BlueCatWriters In my current WIP, I had to have a reference back to early 90's grunge - again.

@scrnwriterchic Good for you it's not Covid. I'm battling reinfection now. Still testing positive on day 22 from onset. STRONG positive. PCR+ too. AND, been battling #LongCovid ever since 1st infection in March 2020. 21 months. It's a beast. Definitely not your average flu.

@DavidCoggeshall Great idea. I'll go over it, and add in some more I think. This is the reason I write in English. Greatest word ever. (On a serious note, even I think it's overused sometimes, I remember thinking that when I watched The Morning Show, brilliant, as it was)

@NickGuthe After 20 months of #LongCovid - I'm reinfected again. Still OK physically. But FREAKING OUT mentally. I'm still so maimed by round one....

Super-basic #screenwriting question: (go easy on me 🙏) - How do you indicate when one character interrupts another in dialogue?

Everyone who doubts #LongCovid needs to read THIS. My wife’s symptoms were not identical but as challenging. If this was a new form of cancer we would be pouring tens of billions into a cure.

It’s been 600 days since I went down with a mild case of #covid. In this time I have experienced the most terrifying and relentless illness in #longcovid. Thankfully I do feel better these days but in some ways I’m a shadow of the man I used to be. Some highlights from 600 days:

@MinghellaLouisa (unrelated) Is it just me that really LOVE the limited TV-series concept? That allows for a "proper ending", but also expands the story so much more than in a feature. Love it, love it, love it. As audience and writer, both. Guess networks see less profit from them though?

@_Michael_Brewer Yes, a village ending with -arp would be in the Skane-region. Really Michael, you should apply. It's an amazing show where the participants go through a deep transformative process, it's fascinating. I guess @Sofiaeng is the one to talk to. More info here: greatswedishadventure.com

Why are really old Volvo's so common in films? What do they signify? I'm Swedish and I hardly every see such old Volvos in Sweden. Are they still common in the US (early 80's models)?

@ThisisKaia Writing a script about a business and a product I know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about. (sorry, it's not a career challenge, it's a writing challenge, just wanted to put it out there)
