@BenKeaneIFA @passportwaiting We’ve recently renewed five passports. All went to different offices and all sent out by courier (TNT). Three arrived the next day, one was the day after and the last one took a couple of days but it was printed on a Friday so we got it on the Monday.

@CHARLEN61960165 @passportwaiting I called them to ask this and they said ‘not necessarily, it joins a new queue for applications waiting for extra docs’. I sent extra paperwork a week ago and still waiting.

@natcat2011 @Emma190112 @swiney6913 @passportwaiting I applied for 4 renewals for our family. 2 went to Bootle, 1 to Durham, 1 to Glasgow. All 4 took the same amount of time. 20 days exactly from docs received to approved. Posted following day. Arrived day after that.

Please stop using @Hermesparcels for your deliveries @thewhitecompany!! Awful company with non-existent customer service 😡 Claim they can’t find my address but haven’t even tried and can’t even speak to them or their courier to resolve 😡

@Hermesparcels claim to have delivered my parcel from @ghd and say it was signed for at my address but this is a lie. I have not received it. Telephone tracking awful. Need a real person to speak to!!
