@Suewilson91 Going around in circles. France is burning before our eyes. Who would want to go work in France right now? The UK is currently 4.9% Where are the jobs in the EU and UK?

@Gb3Mark @ianrich15813274 Everything is ruined? They grew up with one tv in the house, one car if they were lucky, maybe 2 pairs of shoes, one suit, and everything was repairable. It's all I want and I want it now. It's all waste and throw away. Today people cry if they miss a foreign holiday.

@marcosagusstinn At least he is telling the truth. Very scary. Proves leaving was the right choice, and people want to go back in so they can go on holiday a few mins quicker....

@LouiseG98189128 Remember that booklet that costs thousands to produce and it was binned within a week. It was supposed to show the road to independence. All it proved was without a central bank, billions in cuts, Scotland would be bankrupt within months. Who would govern an indy Scotland?

@marcosagusstinn Joining the EU would cost us billions. Companies already squeezed to the limit would suddenly have to comply with rules and regulations set by unelected politicians in Brussel's. We left, no going back to save those who stayed behind.

@Gb3Mark @ianrich15813274 Social media and the Internet. That's a joke...these people you write off were the backbone of the country after WWII. They worked hard, never had any privilege. Look at the youth of today, who are more concerned with gender issues, AI, tick tok and you tube.

@mac499 @andrewhesselden You leave any club or institution, the day you leave, that's it. We are going to pay billions up till 2065, another 39 years...why go back and be ruled by people we cannot ever displace?

@mac499 @andrewhesselden We are still paying millions for the deals put in place before we left. The exit deal that was agreed made us continue paying for years to come.

@mac499 @andrewhesselden I always said, if we leave, leave, let that be an end to it. If we stay, then we commit to remain for a long period of time. But almost from day one, people have put obstacles in the way, and we never really left.

@andrewhesselden Then put it in a manifesto at the next election. See how far it goes.

@51TJK Be ruled by bureaucrat's I have no control over, no thanks. If we joined, we would pay billions in fee's to bolster it up, and have to comply with rules and regulations set by them.

@LexiBeaChorlton But that would mean pensioners would have no form of income. How are they supposed to survive. Oh I know, they go and live with the kids and grandkids and they can keep them. Great idea, payback for the years spent housing, feeding and clothing them, as they grew up.

@BremainInSpain Can anyone explain where the membership fee is coming from? Would we get our veto back? And how much would it cost to bring our businesses in line with rules and regulations we had no day in passing into law?

@MatthewStadlen So back to where we were under the last government. Unfortunately, inflation is rising, unemployment is rising and all this is being put on the back burner because all Labour want to talk about is Brexit and the failed EU
