A fight for the future of women’s rights | @msediewyatt ----------- The AHRC appear to align with Tickle in the case, and are telling Australian women that they are no longer rightfully allowed to have a legal or procedural barrier with a male person on the basis of sex, if the male person has a ‘gender identity’ of female. spectator.com.au/2024/04/a-figh…
@SpectatorOz @msediewyatt I identify as a "fire-truck". I need to hold it in till there's a fire. I could only imagine the struggle it would be to open up a "Men's Only Space" these days. The squawks from radical feminists would be deafening.
@SpectatorOz @Jude90293402 @msediewyatt I appreciate @UNSRVAW’s submission & the works she’s done in speaking up for women’s rights. I’ve often wondered how she navigates the UN given her views are in direct contradiction to what @UN_Women regularly post.
@SpectatorOz @msediewyatt The AHRC is not fit for purpose, it is corrupted with woke ideology and does not represent the vast majority of Australians.
@SpectatorOz @msediewyatt AHRC has irrevocably damaged its reputation … will require a wholesale clean out, which is unlikely
@SpectatorOz @msediewyatt The AHRC literally made submissions on the facts and argued against Sall. As amica, it feels inappropriate to have applied the law in this way - and arguments supporting the other side weren't even canvassed. It was very partisan, and expressly argumentative.
@SpectatorOz @StoatlyL @msediewyatt Men cannot be women. Ever. AHRC should be defunded and spanked, though I think they'd like that too much. #IStandWithSallGrover
