So our company has misguided a lot of people saying that if you resign they will pay you out for your vacation time if not you lose those hours. Guess what!? You still deserve that money. This excludes California.

Yes we are hiring but the turn over rate is high. Job is not secure, always walking on eggshells. This is a tactic! The only fear our company has is local 3 is here. Pay will decrease, more work, and you can’t refuse to take it even if your shift is over.

This is such a joke! Our company didn’t want to give the Union money to distribute to their Employees. Hence on why they said their healthcare was better, which isn’t. Our company started all of this. Why should it come down to a vote, when this shouldn’t of never happened
