what to dump if you have dry skin - Any products that are alcohol, sodium, or ammonium-based. You also want to avoid oil-based formulas. (Putting a layer of oil coating on your face would actually create a barrier that would prevent your skin from taking in moisture)

• extra money (for emergencies (keep about $10-20) • gum!! keep two packs (one empty to show people when they ask for gum) • extra pens/pencils • a spare phone charger • earbuds/headphones • extra food (fruit or a snack bar)
