Why should I not enjoy a foreign trip from my hard-earned money, fully tax-paid, just because you didn't manage the macros well? How can you control our personal lives and enjoyment to this extent? What kind of 'moral appeal' is this where you repeatedly and subtly keep planting shame in people's minds about their own money? Will our top industrialists and bureaucrats and politicians also follow this? Why are their kids settled abroad or are foreign citizens? Why are they investing heavily abroad? Why don't you stop their outward FDI? Who exactly are you to do all this to us? Our master?

I genuinely want to understand who is responsible here. The department whose job is to give us decent and safe roads? The authority that issues driving licences and ensures people driving these huge tankers are actually fit to drive them? The authority that allows these tankers to run on our roads and is supposed to ensure that the vehicle, registration and number plate are all compliant? This is around Varthur CDP Road. Just see the condition of the road and the way these tankers move around people on two-wheelers. At the end of all this, it is the common man who suffers. We pay income tax, GST, road tax, registration charges and so much more. Asking for a decent road and basic safety is surely not asking for too much. Do we really need to wait for someone to lose their life before action is taken? ITR filing has a deadline but receiving ITR refund has no deadline. What sorcery is this?

I sold my Mahindra Thar and Tata Harrier to Cars24 in February. It's been 5 months, and my issues are still not resolved. For my Mahindra Thar, Cars24 deducted ₹500 from my payment for a traffic challan but never paid it. Because of their negligence, I had to visit the authority twice for party peshi and eventually pay the challan myself. Even after the RTO signatures are complete, they are still holding ₹10,000 for the party peshi. For my Tata Harrier, Cars24 deducted around ₹30,000–35,000 for pending challans. Once again, they failed to pay them. It was only after repeated complaints that the challans were finally cleared. After my previous post, the Cars24 team contacted me and asked me to delete it, promising that everything would be resolved. I trusted them and removed the post. Today, when I asked for an update, I was simply told to send another email. This is completely unacceptable. If you can't manage the paperwork and payments properly, why are you taking customers' cars? Please repost this so more people know what I have gone through. Think twice before selling your car to Cars24. The rusted iron grates installed for stormwater drainage at the Okalipuram Underpass collapsed this morning, causing a car to fall into the pit and leading to a major traffic jam. This wasn’t an unavoidable accident it was a preventable failure caused by poor maintenance.
