Lammens is flying to Manchester now. But only as a means to ensure it CAN be done in time. Not fully agreed yet, but United still prefer him to Martinez option. Its very much a case of "which can get done first" now

This also still holds true. United are trying to encourage his agent to field other offers but he's still set on Betis, who we've all learned are essentially tapping him up to get our fee demands down, which has pissed United off

United also a bit wary of getting dragged into paying a big fee for Donnarumma, who only has a year left on his contract with PSG, and is already ousted there for Chevalier. So that will need PSG to come down a fair way, especially due to his wage demands.

Hojlund been told he will be third choice behind Sesko and Zirkzee. United absolutely trying to force him out. Not going to exile him like the others have been though as he's been professional throughout the whole summer, but they're not sugarcoating it with him either.

Turns out having a team of smart people in the room making sure we're spreading out the payments on transfers, instead of just spanking the Credit Card, means you can do more meaningful signings and that we're not completely broke.
