Looking to reduce my 1/2 marathon time from 1hr 50 to 1hr 30. Can anyone recommend a good training plan? Have 20 weeks to train.
@SportingGoal swam 2ks last night but still was cramping up towards the end
Just started swimming again, during training got cramp in my calve muscles. What is the best way to avoid getting cramp?
Have just entered the maidenhead 1/2 marathon- apart from running, what other exercise is good for marathon training?
