I am not concerned on whos mistake it was. What I am concerned is my resolution. This is the worst service, I have ever seen. Do you even intend to provide any service?
@makemytrip @makemytripcare I was denied my confirmed booking when I reached the hotel(I had paid in full 6 days in advance) . I reported this to your team and they could not help me.. I had to pay double to get an on the spot booking. Its been 4 days and nothing yet..
I have been trying to follow-up and every day I get the same response. "someone from the escalation team will give a call within X hours".

@Oven_Story sorry to say but your services has been very poor. It's been an hour and you still haven't delivered my pizza. I tried calling the local store (since you don't give contact to call) and they say they will take 15- 20 min more to deliver.
@EurekaForbes its really frustrating that my aquaguard has not been fixed for past 4 days. Every day a service engineer is assigned and they say they will come the next day. Tgis is the worst service I have seen from any company. I have lost my trust in you.
