New rule idea: When a player scores, there are no rules for 30 seconds. Tops off, shorts off, corner flag volleys, scrapping with opponents. Anything goes as long as they are ready to kick off again after 30 seconds

I do think this window was more pointed and disciplined from Tottenham. Needed a RW got one, Needed a 10 got one, Needed a 9 as cover and got one, needed a DM and got one. Obvious disappointment with no LW but we spent years going the buy cheap buy twice route.
