Who said you have to upgrade every year? Who said you had to spend multiple thousands? Who said you have to spend thousands yearly? You have been misinformed. You like consoles, thats what you wanna stick with, cool. I dont think these are the actual reasons you dont want a PC, just your argument against buying one. But if thats really the reason you wouldn’t get a PC you’re holding yourself back for no reason. In no world do you need a $2k+ pc to game, or $1000 annual upgrade. Thats bad information.

Why would anyone need a $15k pc to play games? Thats overkill. I got mine for under $1k and i haven’t found a game i cant play on it. I edit 4k video off a sony a7iv and sony FX3 in adobe premiere and after effects no problems. GTA RP, Red Dead, Call of duty, fortnite, dead by daylight etc… nobody needs a $15k pc to play games. Unless theres a lot of other bigger things you use your PC for, or unless you just have a ton of money and dont give a fuck about $15k, that PC is over powered for no reason.

@IGN Its not real backlash stop giving the loud minority so much power. These people just like to bitch about anything they can. We dont need to pay attention to these dick heads.

Im not saying it wouldn’t still be expensive. My point is once you cross the $1k mark, buying a console becomes less worth it when you can spend around that much and build a decent PC. Why spend over 1k on just a gaming console when you can have something that does a lot more for the same price range.
