@StatenIrished Had these two goofs at 45. They’re four now and I’m 49. Glad I did it AND glad I waited! Go for it!
@KathyAlbaBerge1 @StatenIrished I had these guys when I was 45. They'll be 14 next week. It's been a marvelous adventure.
@KathyAlbaBerge1 @StatenIrished U will be in your 60's when they are graduating from high school. When my daugher was in marching band in HS it was the Parents who got all the equipment into the big trucks, unload at the destination, reload at the end of the night & unload at the HS So U good with that at 60+?
@KathyAlbaBerge1 @StatenIrished As the child of older parents one suggestion I would give you is to get long-term care insurance. You may never need it but it will take a burden off of them trying to find ways to pay for your care if you do. I have it to prevent anyone else from struggling like I did.
@KathyAlbaBerge1 @StatenIrished I had my twins right after I turned 40. They are the absolute light of my life. It wasn’t the plan to have kids so late, but now I can’t imagine any other life.
@KathyAlbaBerge1 @StatenIrished Adorable kiddos, I’m happy for you.
@KathyAlbaBerge1 @StatenIrished I think maturity helps a lot with having twins! Although I am permanently shattered🤭😁💞 Congrats on the super cute goofs!
@KathyAlbaBerge1 @StatenIrished They’re adorable! I had my son at 44 & he’s 2 1/2. He’s the best thing that ever happened to me. I have friends who were late in life babies & it can be challenging, but parenting at any age has its difficulties. They’re pros & cons for having children at every age. Bless you!
