Yesterday marked the opening of the Stable Recovery Women's Program at Spy Coast Farm. We were honored to have Lisa Lourie and the Spy Coast Farm team join us in celebrating this accomplishment.
A heartfelt thank you to Airdrie Stud for sponsoring the 4th Annual John Hall Memorial Golf Scramble. We are truly grateful for their ongoing support throughout the years, and we look forward to having them at this year’s event.
Last week, we celebrated the opening of our new program at Keeneland. We were joined by Keeneland executive staff, including Keeneland President Shannon Arvin, along with Stable Recovery staff and residents in the program.
On September 16, Stable Recovery had the honor of being recognized on Capitol Hill during the Athlete Mental Health Roundtable, hosted by HISA and the Jockeys’ Guild in partnership with the Congressional Mental Health Caucus for Suicide Prevention Month.
Tonight, Jason graduated from the School of Horsemanship. He has obtained full-time employment, and we are excited to see him grow in his new position.

Tonight we celebrated Mac's graduation from the School of Horsemanship. He has been a positive light in our program, and we are excited to see him grow in his new position at @keeneland.

We are so proud and excited to welcome Katie Silvers to our team as our Women's Program Director! Katie has been in recovery for 4 years and has worked at another recovery center before coming to Stable Recovery.
Happy National Dog Day to Atlas, Mayah, & Sophie. Atlas came to Stable Recovery as a rescue from Paws for a Cause, covered in chemical burns and underweight. Mayah came to Stable Recovery as a puppy from a rescue litter. Sophie was abandoned and taken in by our residents.
This past week, we had 3 graduates from the School of Horsemanship: Jordan, Zach, and Vlad. All three are helping to create new opportunities for future residents by being the first employees with @DenaliStud & @doubledanhorsemanship.
